WWII Amerikaanse British Tailored Ike Jacket
De jas is nog in nette conditie. Deze jas is een British Tailored model, wat betekend dat deze in Engeland is vernaaid/aangepast naar de wensen van de soldaat. Het betreft een Class A jas die is ingekort tot Ike Jacket. Een bijzonder en minder vaak voorkomende variant!

Op de schouder zit een 9th Air Force patch. Helaas mist er een knoop. Er staat ook nog een Laundry code en naam in de kraag. Een bijzonder item voor de Amerikaanse militaria verzamelaar!

The jacket is still in good condition. This jacket is a British Tailored model, which means that it was sewn/adapted in England to the wishes of the soldier. It is a Class A jacket that has been shortened to Ike Jacket. A special and less common variant!

On the shoulder is a 9th Air Force patch. Unfortunately, a button is missing. There is also a Laundry code and name in the collar. A special item for the American militaria collector!

On the chest is a Presidential Unit citation, a Sterling Air Crew wing and Ribbon Bars for the WWII Victory medal, Good Conduct medal, American Campaign Medal (with campaign star) and the American Defense Medal (with campaign star).

The jacket has no label and the size is a 38 or 36S. There is also a Laundry code in the collar. A special item for the American militaria collector!
