WWII Amerikaanse 101st Airborne Grouping
De grouping is in nette staat en was van een Amerikaanse soldaat die onderdeel was van de 101st Airborne Divisie, 327th Glider infantry Regiment. John H. Miller was van 1943 tot 1946 onderdeel van het Amerikaanse leger en zat zowel bij de 101st als de 82nd Airborne. Het 327th Glider Infantry Regiment vocht onder andere Op D-day +1 in Normandie (Saint Come Du Mont, Carentan), Bij Market Garden (Best, Opheusden, Veghel) en de Battle of the Bulge (Bastogne, Foy). Na de Battle of the Bulge gingen zij naar Hagenau en verder Duitsland in Richting Berchtesgaden.

WWII American 101st Airborne Grouping
The grouping is in good condition and belonged to an American soldier who served in the 101st Airborne Division, 327th Glider Infantry Regiment. John H. Miller served in the US Army from 1943 to 1946 and served with both the 101st and 82nd Airborne. The 327th Glider Infantry Regiment fought, among other things, on D-Day +1 in Normandy (Saint-Cómpie du Mont, Carentan), at Market Garden (Best, Opheusden, Veghel), and in the Battle of the Bulge (Bastogne, Foy). After the Battle of the Bulge, they moved to Hagenau and further on to Germany, towards Berchtesgaden.
